A basic back street local that no doubt the editor of the Good Pub Guide would like to see close. Primarily a drinkers pub for grown ups with no frills, just beer to be consumed.
Hidden away in the middle of a terraced street , not far from the excellent Lamb and Fountain – worth a little detour to see this traditional uncomplicated pub.
